Front desk team, housekeeping, maintenance personnel were all excellent and extremely helpful. The quality of the breakfast was very good, although on the weekends the space and seating was not sufficient.

The breakfast was really good, with a good variety of fruit, yogurt, waffles and hot food. The location was great, easy to get to from the train station, easy to get back to the airport. The staff were especially helpful. In particular Arlette Yolo was able to help us with all our questions during our stay, and was also really nice and friendly.

The hotel is located in the city center, really close to the river walk. The hotel is nice and renovated. I never used the gym, but it looks like good. There is also a swimming pool in the rooftop, really useful to spend time with kids. The staff is nice and friendly.

Breakfast was different everyday, nice variety, friendly staff. Served from 7-10 is great. Lots of tables to eat at or eat in your room. All day coffee and tea helps. Lots of common room to relax inside and out.
